Ghost Dance

In my dreams at night I see her This dancing girl Dancing along My bed Softly As a bird in flight I refuse to open My eyes Afraid that it would cause This dream to die I pull the sheet up over my face Hoping that it would keep This dream in place No Don’t let this dream Disappear Nor, alert my mind to Clear Or that what I see Isn’t real That’s what most of all I fear Dancing Girl Dancing ghostly Along my bed at night Dancing girl Dancing ghost I wish you stay With in my sight Dancing girl Dancing ghost Dancing Softly For me Each night .
